Build What Lasts · Honor What Matters
(1) Responsibility & Trust
Trust is not given by words - it's built by time.
We firmly believe that,
True beauty brands do not rely on short-term traffic, but on long-term trust building.
In the world of Beetles,
Responsibility is the root, and Trust is the flower.
These qualities allow us to maintain our warmth and direction amidst the fast pace of the industry.
1. The Philosophy of Long-Termism
- We do not pursue fleeting "Brightness", but rather enduring "Light".
Beetles chooses slow increase, deep growth, and genuine connections.
Because we understand that time is the gentlest amplifier.
- We believe in the power of "Compound Interest on Trust".
Trust is not gained through promises but earned through consistent actions.
We consistently deliver on our promises of quality, safety, communication, and support,
Allowing users to naturally build trust through repeated experiences.
- We pursue the "Beauty of Responsibility".
A sense of responsibility is the foundation of a brand.
From formula safety to supply chain transparency,
From environmental practices to educational empowerment,
We want to make "Do the Right Thing" a Beetles' habit, not just a slogan.
2. The Four Pillars of Trust
Integrity is not a strategy. It's a way of breathing.
- Product Integrity
Product Authenticity and Safety: The ingredients are transparent and comply with US/UK regulations and international standards.
- Ethical Practice
The Unity of Business and Ethics: No false advertising, no manipulation of public opinion, and no excessive marketing.
- User Empathy
User-Centric: Listen to users, rebuild trust, and grow together.
- Transparency
Openness and Honesty to the Outside World: Open data, traceable sources, and a culture of honest communication.
3. Trust Lifecycle Model:Awareness-Experience-Trust-Advocacy-Legacy
(2) Sustainable Beauty
Beauty should never come at the cost of the world that inspires it.
The beauty advocated by Beetles is not merely visual pleasure,
But an aesthetic of coexisting with the earth, humanity, and time.
We call it "Sustainable Beauty".
1. Three Dimensions of Sustainable Beauty
Sustainability starts with the product, but it lives in the heart.
- Environmental Sustainability
Use recyclable materials, reduce plastic waste, and opt for environmentally friendly packaging.

At Beetles,
Sustainability is not a trend, but a continuation of a belief.
We believe that a brand's value is not in its growth curve.
But what truly matters is that, as time passes,
It is still remembered, trusted, and cherished by people.
With responsibility as our root, trust as our flower, and time as our soil,
We make beauty a gentle force that can be passed down from generation to generation.
Build what lasts.
Honor what matters.
Always Nails, Always Beetles.
A Beetles Recycling Ambassador is a community partner who helps support the Beetles Loves Earth Recycling Program by providing a convenient drop-off location for empty nail product bottles. Ambassadors play an important role in helping us make recycling more accessible within their salon, studio, business, or local community.
Role & Responsibilities
What should I do when someone drops off bottles at my recycling location?
Please follow these simple steps:
Step 1 – Check the bottlesMake sure the bottles are:
- Empty glass nail product bottles (all brands accepted)
- Properly cured or completely air-dried
For instructions on how to ensure any remaining product is properly cured or completely air-dried, please refer to the following guides:https://www.instagram.com/p/DZaN3ifDFRm/
https://www.instagram.com/p/DZUfEumGve-/ (see Slide 4) - Separated from the plastic caps
Step 2 – Confirm the recycling form has been completed
If the participant has not completed the recycling form, please direct them to one of the following:
- Option 1 – Submit the form directly:https://www.beetlesgel.com/pages/recycling-form
- Option 2 – Scan the QR code:https://www.instagram.com/p/DZnJLdKDcrc/
Participants can complete the form directly or scan the QR code to submit it.
Step 3 – Place the bottles in the recycling box
Once the bottles have been checked and the recycling form has been completed, the bottles can be placed in the recycling box.
Can Recycling Ambassadors participate in the program themselves?
Yes.
Recycling Ambassadors are welcome to participate in the program as individual recyclers.
If you have your own empty bottles, simply follow the same process as any other participant:
- Prepare your bottles according to the recycling guidelines
- Complete the recycling submission form
- Drop off your bottles in the recycling collection
Your personal bottle count and rewards will be based on your own submitted bottles and completed form.
Do bottles dropped off by other participants count toward my rewards?
No.
Bottle submissions and rewards are tied to the individual participant who completes the recycling form.
Bottles dropped off by other participants will not automatically be credited to the Ambassador.
If an Ambassador wishes to earn rewards, they must submit their own bottles and complete their own recycling form, just like any other participant.
How can participants find a Beetles Recycling Drop-Off Point ?
Participants can learn about the Beetles Loves Earth Recycling Program and locate participating recycling drop-off locations through a variety of channels.
Beetles actively promotes the program through:
- The official Beetles website
- Social media platforms
- Public relations (PR) campaigns
- Newspaper and publisher coverage
- Radio media
- Magazine features
- Other sustainability and community outreach initiatives
- Promotional support from TerraCycle, our recycling partner
As awareness of the program continues to grow, more participants may discover your recycling location through these channels and choose to participate in bottle recycling.
We greatly appreciate your support in helping make the program accessible within your local community.
Rewards & Participant Submissions
Who should complete the recycling form?
The recycling form should be completed by the individual participant who is returning the bottles.
Each participant should submit their own form so that their recycling activity can be properly recorded and tracked.
Ambassadors do not need to complete forms on behalf of participants. However, one of your key responsibilities is to remind every person who drops off bottles at your recycling location to complete the recycling form.
Why is completing the recycling form important?
The recycling form allows Beetles to:
- Record participation accurately
- Track recycling impact
- Verify bottle submissions
- Determine reward eligibility
Without a completed form, we may not be able to identify who submitted the bottles or issue any applicable rewards.
For this reason, we strongly encourage Ambassadors to remind participants to complete the form when dropping off bottles.
What happens if someone drops off bottles but does not complete the form?
If a participant drops off bottles without completing the recycling form:
- The bottles cannot be linked to the individual who submitted them.
- Their recycling activity may not be recorded.
- If they meet the reward requirements, Beetles may not be able to verify their eligibility or issue the corresponding reward.
To ensure participants receive proper credit for their contributions, please remind them to complete the recycling form before or when dropping off bottles.
If the participant has already left and you are able to contact them, please ask them to complete the recycling form at:
https://www.beetlesgel.com/pages/recycling-form
If you are unable to contact the participant, you may submit a recycling form for the unregistered bottles. Any rewards associated with those bottles will be shipped to the Ambassador using the mailing address provided in the form.(This option should only be used when the original participant cannot be identified or contacted.)
Who receives the rewards?
Rewards belong to the individual participant who submitted the bottles and completed the recycling form.
Rewards are not assigned to the recycling location or the Recycling Ambassador unless the Ambassador personally participated and submitted their own bottles.
Beetles reviews eligible submissions each month. Qualified participants will have their rewards shipped directly to the mailing address provided in their recycling form around the middle of the following month.
For example, rewards earned in June are typically shipped in mid-July.
How are rewards determined?
Rewards are based on the number of eligible bottles submitted by each participant through the recycling program.
Participants may qualify for different reward tiers depending on the number of bottles they recycle. Please refer to the official Beetles recycling page for the reward structure.
Collection Box Operations & Returns
