On March 3, Beetles Gel Polish opened the doors to its Spring 2026 "Taste of Spring" immersive activation at Maison Welles in New York City. But this wasn't a traditional product launch or a retail pop-up. It was something far more intimate: a multi-sensory escape where the season's color story became an experience you could feel.
Guests stepped into a space designed to feel like walking straight into spring. The theme—"Get a Taste of Spring. Refresh the Year Ahead." —was woven into every detail:
- Spring Flavor Picker DIY Experience Zone offered dessert-inspired elements such as candy and fruit, inviting guests to create unique nail tips that can be worn or used as creative spring decorations.
- Hands-on gel manicure stations invited guests to play with the six dessert-inspired shades from the Beetles Gel Polish Taste of Spring Collection, guided by Beetles nail artists who helped bring their visions to life.
- A dessert-inspired afternoon tea setting, created in collaboration with Maison Welles, offered a seasonal drinks and dessert menu designed to echo the collection's colors. Each dessert was a tangible representation of the taste of spring, corresponding to a nail shade—Cream Puff, Strawberry Cube Cake, Lavender Macarons, Matcha Mousse, Blueberry Cream Cheese Crackers, Yogurt with Peaches, and more.
- Beetles Gel Polish Taste of Spring Gel Box took center stage—packaged in an irresistibly charming candy-house–shaped design that guests could touch, explore, and take a springtime surprise home. It wasn't just a product display; it was an invitation to continue the experience beyond the event.
The result? A space so warm and inviting that even a cold, rainy New York day couldn't dampen the energy. Guests arrived with umbrellas and left with spring-colored fingertips and smiles.
